Kuantum Papers is planning to expand its manufacturing facility in Saila Khurd in Garhshankar Tehsil in Hoshiarpur district of Punjab. The project involves setting up of 140 tpd of bleaching plant, a chemical recovery plant of 350 tpd, a captive power generation plant of 12 MW. The project is likely to go operational in 2016.
