Chadha Papers Ltd (CPL) was set up by the Chadha Group in 1992 at Tehsil Bilaspur, District Rampur, U.P. for manufacture of Kraft and semi Kraft paper (KP), Writing and Print Paper (WPP) and Newsprint (NP). The paper plant has an installed capacity of 77,550 M.T. The raw material required for the company is indigenous and imported waste paper, sourced from local and overseas markets. The overall operations of the company are currently managed by Mr. Rajinder Singh Chadha.
