Premier Tissues India Limited (PTIL) was promoted by Mr. Rajeev Ranjan Vederah and incorporated in the year 1998. It has its registered office at Bangalore, Karnataka. It is engaged in the manufacture of specialty paper products like tissue paper and trading of imported materials like hanky pack and other inland products like liquid soap etc. In March 2011, PTIL was acquired by Ballarpur Industries Ltd (BILT). Currently, PTIL is a 100% subsidiary of BILT, a part of “Avantha Group”. PTIL has a tissue manufacturing facility located at Bannur, near Mysore, on 10 hectares of land with nearly one lakh sq. ft. of built up area.
