Shakumbhri Pulp & Paper Mills Ltd, incorporated in 1987, is engaged in the manufacturing of Kraft Paper which finds its applications in the packaging industry, especially for making corrugated boxes. The  manufacturing unit of the Company is located at Muzzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh over an area of 260788 sqft. It has an installed capacity of 10,000 MTPA (Metric Ton Per Annum) with utilization levels of ~93% during FY16. The directors of the Company are Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Agarwal, Mr. Amit Bindal, Mr. Arjun Kumar Agarwal, Mr. Ayush Agarwal and Mr. Girish Kumar Agarwal. The Company established in 1987 was taken over by the present directors in 2009. The aforesaid directors along with relatives holds 63.65% stake while other shareholders holds 36.35% stake in the company for FY16 (For FY15, directors & relatives had 58% stake and others had 42% stake).
