About the Company :
J K Paper is a leading paper manufacturer in India with a combined production capacity of 2,64,000 Tonnes. Per annum. JKPM was commissioned in 1962 with an integrated pulp and paper plant with 18000 TPA installed capacity.
Over the years, production capacity been enhanced with the addition of 4 more paper machines. It manufactures a diversified product range from 58 GSM to 300 GSM of different grades of paper & boards.
In January 2017, the company has exited from its joint venture Oji JK Packaging Private Ltd
In April 2018, J K Paper is set to acquire Sirpur Paper Mills at Kagaznagar with an investment of Rs. 6280 million.
In October 2018, the company is setting up packaging board project in a refurbished pulp mill in Sonagadh of Gujarat. The plant will have a capacity of 1,50,000 tonnes and will entail and investment of ? 1,450 million.
