Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Ltd is planning to revamp its fire hydrant system in its Kagithapuram plant in Karur district of Tamil Nadu. The company has invited bids in March 2018 to award the project. The project involves setting up of fire hydrant system involving ductile iron piping.
